Acceptance of Terms

These Terms apply to the FootWork website, launch list, game clients, online services, rankings, progression systems, virtual currency features, and related support or community channels made available by Valor Apps. Because FootWork is still in development, features may change before or after public release.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use FootWork. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use FootWork only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of FootWork is permitted under applicable law.

Accounts and Security

You may need an account to access some or all features of FootWork. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and promptly update your information if it changes. You are responsible for activity that occurs through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

FootWork may support Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, email sign-in, and other authentication methods we make available. You must comply with any third-party authentication terms that apply to your chosen sign-in provider.

Fair Play and Conduct

FootWork is built around competitive integrity. You agree not to cheat or attempt to gain an unfair advantage, and you agree not to encourage or assist others in doing so.

• No bots, scripts, automation, macros, account boosting, or unauthorized software that interacts with FootWork.
• No exploits, tampering, reverse engineering intended to gain a gameplay advantage, or attempts to interfere with service integrity or security.
• No collusion, coordinated soft play, rank manipulation, intentionally losing, multi-account abuse, or other conduct designed to distort rankings, progression, or match outcomes.
• No abusive, harassing, fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful conduct in connection with FootWork.

Moderation and Enforcement

Valor Apps may monitor gameplay, reports, rankings, progression systems, account activity, and technical signals to protect FootWork and its players. We may investigate suspected cheating, collusion, fraud, abuse, or other violations and may take action in our discretion, including warnings, coin or ranking adjustments, match result corrections, feature restrictions, suspensions, or permanent bans.

Virtual Currency and Coins

FootWork may include virtual currency, including coins, and other digital balances, rewards, or progression items. These are licensed, not sold, and have no cash value unless a feature explicitly states otherwise.

• Coins and similar virtual items are non-transferable except where a specific in-service feature expressly allows transfer.
• Coins and similar virtual items are not redeemable for money, monetary value, or any real-world compensation.
• Except as required by applicable law or platform policy, coins and other virtual items are non-refundable.
• We may change, limit, revoke, reset, or discontinue coins or virtual items as part of service balancing, anti-abuse measures, account enforcement, or product changes.

Purchases

If FootWork later offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, those purchases may be processed by Apple, Google, or another platform provider. Their billing terms, store rules, and refund policies may apply in addition to these Terms. Refund requests should generally be directed to the platform through which the transaction was made, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

Service Availability and Changes

FootWork is provided on an evolving basis and may be modified, limited, interrupted, or discontinued at any time. We may add, remove, delay, rebalance, or change features, rankings, progression systems, coins, matchmaking, launch timing, platform availability, or access requirements without liability to you.

We do not guarantee that FootWork will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or platform. Planned maintenance, outages, testing periods, and prelaunch changes are expected parts of development.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to FootWork at any time if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for the service or other players, engaged in cheating or abusive conduct, or if continued operation of your account is no longer practical. You may stop using FootWork at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, dispute-related terms, and enforcement rights, will survive.

Intellectual Property

FootWork, including its software, rules presentation, visual design, branding, text, graphics, audio, rankings systems, and related content, is owned by Valor Apps or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other laws. Except for the limited right to use FootWork in accordance with these Terms, no rights are granted to you.

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FootWork is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. We do not warrant that FootWork will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valor Apps and its affiliates, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to FootWork. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising out of or relating to FootWork will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to Valor Apps for FootWork in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or fifty U.S. dollars (US$50).

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Law / Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of laws principles, except to the extent applicable law provides otherwise.
