Valor Apps operates the FootWork website, launch list, and related game services. FootWork is an in-development competitive multiplayer Hand & Foot experience that may include account creation, Apple sign-in, Google sign-in, email sign-in, rankings, progression systems, virtual currency such as coins, moderation tools, anti-cheat systems, and future in-app purchases.
Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly, information generated through gameplay and service use, and certain technical information from your device or browser.
- Account and profile information, such as your display name, email address, account identifiers, login credentials where applicable, and preferences.
- Authentication information associated with sign-in methods you choose, including Apple, Google, or email-based sign-in, and tokens or identifiers needed to validate your account with those providers.
- Gameplay information, including match participation, table activity, moves, outcomes, scores, rankings, progression status, coins, rewards, penalties, reports, and other game-state or event logs.
- Fair play, moderation, and integrity information, including records used to investigate cheating, collusion, automation, abuse, fraud, suspicious account activity, and enforcement decisions.
- Device and technical information, such as IP address, browser type, app version, device type, operating system, language, approximate region, crash data, diagnostics, and usage events.
- Transaction-related information when purchases become available, such as product identifiers, purchase status, store receipt metadata, and other information provided by Apple, Google, or another payment or platform provider. We do not expect to receive full payment card numbers directly unless a future payment workflow specifically requires it.
- Support and communication information, including messages you send to us, bug reports, moderation appeals, and other communications sent through email or support channels.
- Launch list and marketing information, including your email address and related subscription metadata when you sign up for launch updates, release notices, or early access communications.
How We Use Information
We use information to operate, improve, protect, and communicate about FootWork and related services.
- To create and manage accounts, authenticate users, and provide multiplayer gameplay.
- To run matches, maintain rankings and progression, manage coins and other in-game balances, and support future purchase-related features.
- To enforce the rules of the game and our Terms, including investigation and prevention of cheating, collusion, exploitation, fraud, moderation violations, and other unfair conduct.
- To respond to support requests, appeals, feedback, and operational communications.
- To send launch list emails, release updates, service notices, and similar communications, subject to your choices and applicable law.
- To monitor performance, investigate crashes and outages, analyze usage trends, improve stability, and develop new features.
- To comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the rights, safety, and security of Valor Apps, FootWork, players, and the public.
How We Share Information
We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense of exchanging it for money. We may share information as reasonably necessary in the following circumstances:
- With authentication providers, such as Apple or Google, to support account sign-in and identity verification.
- With hosting, infrastructure, storage, and security providers that help us operate the website, backend services, matchmaking, account systems, and related infrastructure.
- With analytics, diagnostics, and crash reporting providers that help us understand performance, usage, errors, abuse patterns, and product reliability.

For example, we may keep gameplay and moderation logs longer when needed to review cheating patterns, repeat abuse, rank manipulation, or account security incidents. When information is no longer reasonably needed, we will delete it, de-identify it, or aggregate it where practical.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to personal information we hold about you, request correction, request deletion, or ask us to limit certain processing. You may also unsubscribe from marketing or launch list emails using the unsubscribe tools included in those messages.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and notifying us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Children's Privacy
FootWork is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact us at hello@footworkgame.com so we can review and delete the information where appropriate.
International Processing
FootWork and its service providers may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Those countries may have data protection laws that differ from the laws in your jurisdiction.
